Scheduling And Appointments

To schedule an exam or appointment at Premier Medical Imaging, we offer two options:

• 1) Call the Schedulers at Premier Medical Imaging: 740-201-0222.
  • Please be ready with the patient demographics, insurance and precertification number if required.
  • Once scheduled, fax the order to 740-201-0223.
     
• 2) Fax an order to PMI requesting PMI to contact your patient to schedule: 740-201-0223.
  • Please include the patient demographics and insurance information.
